District 6 Music
Let's make music!
The Success Foundation is proud to partner with Greeley-Evans School District 6 to address funding gaps within school music programs. Quality musical instruments are expensive and equitable access is essential to ensure all students, regardless of socio-economic background, ethnicity, or ability, have the opportunity to benefit from music education.
The current need within District 6 music programs far outweighs the budget available. Many instruments have been repaired and repurposed way past their normal lifespan and are overdue for replacement. Students either have to rent or buy their own instruments or instruments have to be shared among multiple students which diminishes learning and the benefits of music education. By addressing these needs and promoting equitable access to quality music programming, schools can empower students to develop their full potential and foster a more rich learning environment.
